A method for evaluation of physical fitness of preschool children by testing the physical properties and evaluation of results. The motions are rested for child body up to down. After the test of motion characteristics, the results of which fall in the range of 5% of the occurrence, 1 point is assigned, from 5-25% - 2 points, from 25-75% - 3 points, from 75-95% 4 points, more than 95% - 5 points, and on the basis of the points that correspond to population rank according to age and sex profile of motor skills is built to assess physical fitness of the preschooler. |
