PURPOSE: A gas barrier thin film, an electronic device including the same, and a manufacturing method thereof are provided to improve flexibility, transparency, and hydrophobicity by including a complex layer with graphene. CONSTITUTION: A gas barrier thin film includes a base material(10), a graphene layer(20), and an inorganic oxide layer(30). A graphene layer is interposed between the base material and the inorganic oxide layer. The graphene layer includes graphene of first to twentieth layers.
