The invention relates to antibodies, which are molecules of the second generation with changes in amino acids sequences of variable and constant regions TOCILIZUMAB, which is humanized antibody IgG1 against receptor IL-6, and also to pharmaceutical composition containing the mentioned antibodies for strengthening of antigen-binding ability and improving of pharmacokinetics in such a way that therapeutic effect arises at lower introduction frequency, with better immunogenicity, safety and physico-chemical properties (stability and homogeneity).
