PURPOSE: A pixel, a pixel array, an image sensor including the same, and a driving method thereof are provided to sense light area of high illumination by removing a photo-charge converted in high illumination. CONSTITUTION: A charge storing unit stores a charge transformed in a photodiode. A first switching unit(TX) transmits an electric charge of the photodiode to the charge storing unit. A second switching unit(PDCX) transmits a part of a charge transformed from the photodiode to a power voltage. An output unit outputs information about the amount of charge stored in the charge storing unit. The second switching unit transfers a charge stored in the photodiode. |
