The invention relates to medicine, in particular to a method for prediction of aortic aneurysm with dissection of wall thereof in young patients suffered from Marfan's syndrome according to which autorefractometry is carried out and if signs of flat keratoderma are detected, aortic aneurysm is predicted with dissection of wall thereof.
