The invention relates to method for designing of antibody or its antigen-binging fragment by providing corrected comparison set of amino acid sequences, containing sequence corresponding to immunoglobulin type of protein packing, annealing of amino acid sequences of comparison set with corrected set production, determination of covariations between two or more positions of residues in annealing set with production of covariation data set, identification of non-covariative amino acids in the mentioned gene-candidate, where the corresponding amino acids in the sequences of the set represent covariative amino acids, and substitutions of non-covariative amino acids of the candidate sequence with corresponding covariatite amino acids in comparison set, improving biophysiological property of candidate sequence. |
