PORTABLE AMPEROMETRIC BIO-SENSOR SYSTEM FOR DETERMINATION OF CONCENTRATION OF ADENOSINE-5'-TRIPHOSPHATE AND GLUCOSE IN SOLUTION

A portable amperometric bio-sensor system for determination of concentration of adenosine-5'-triphosphate and glucose in solution includes two amperometric bio-sensors each of which includes platinum disc electrode and ferment membrane applied to electrode. One of amperometric biosensors includes ferment membrane on basis of glucosooxidase sensitive to glucose, and the other amperometric biosensor includes ferment membrane that consists of enzyme system glucosooxidase-hexokinase and is intended for determination of adenosine-5'-triphosphate. Working regions of both biosensors are in working cell for test solution to which intermediate platinum electrode and comparison electrode are installed. The outputs of the electrodes and biosensors are connected to multiplexor that is connected to potentiostat outputs of which are connected to respective inputs of computer.
