METHOD FOR DETERMINATION OF DOPING ELEMENTS IN STEELS AND ALLOYS

A method for the determination of doping elements in steels and alloys includes preparation of sample of ingot through dissolution of charge of alloy chip in mixture of concentrated acids, heating to total dissolution of sample; its cooling, placement to measuring flask; introduction of electrochemical buffer; bringing to line with distillated water; mixing and measurement of resonance absorption of electromagnetic radiation by atoms of element at sputtering solution of sample to flame with use of lamp that is selective source of radiation of atomic-absorption spectrophotometer, and quantitative determination of element. To determine each of doping elements sample is prepared in measuring flask. Measurement of its content is carried out on atomic-absorption spectrophotometer with continuous spectrum xenon lamp with high-intensive radiation at wavelength that is characteristic for the element being determined.
