PURPOSE: A pharmaceutical composition containing limaprost is provided to prevent dissolution of alpha-cyclodextrin and inclusion compounds. CONSTITUTION: A pharmaceutical composition for oral tablet contains polyvinyl pyrrolidone and granules which is prepared by granulating a dispersion solution with inactive diulent. The dispersion solution is prepared by adding inclusion compounds of limaprost and alpha-cyclodextrin into anhydrous C1-C4 alcohol. The inactive diluents are cellulose derivatives, saccharides, corn starch, or mixture thereof. |
