PURPOSE: A non-point pollution reduction facility capable of first rain separation, automatic back washing and dead water exhaustion is provided to prolong the lifetime of the filter medium and facility and to save the change cost and maintenance cost by blocking rain after inflow of the predetermined amount of the first rain by calculating the reaching time and inflow amount after the rain fall to process and eject the first rain only. CONSTITUTION: A non-point pollution reduction facility comprises a pre-processing tub(200), a first filtering tub(300), a back washing tub(400) and a second filtering tub(600). The pre-processing tub is equipped with a water inflow pipe(100). The first filtering tub is connected to the pre-processing tub through a first flow tube. The back washing tub is connected to the first filtering tub through a second flow tube(350). The second filtering tub is connected to the first filtering tub through a fourth flow tube. A first filter layer(380) is installed in the first filter tub in the cross direction. The first flow tube is installed with a space downward from the first filter layer. The second flow tube is installed with a space upwardly from the first filter layer. Rain water flowed in via the first flow tube passes the first filter layer and ejected via the second flow tube while the rain water flows up and down. The installation height of the inflow pipe is higher than the installation height of the second flow tube. The installation height of the first flow tube is higher than the installation height of the fourth flow tube. An inlet valve opening and closing the fourth flow tube is installed in the fourth flow tube. |
