PURPOSE: A weather strip with a drain function for a vehicle is provided to smoothly drain by dispersing large amounts of water with two drain pans in an upper part and a lower part. CONSTITUTION: A weather strip(100) with a drain function for a vehicle comprises an upper weather strip(200), a side weather strip(300), and a lower weather strip(400). The weather strip is installed at an upper corner of a door frame of the vehicle and includes drain pans in the upper part and the lower part thereof. The side weather strip surrounds a door side frame and includes a drainage way connected with the upper drain pan and the lower drain pan of an upper weather strip in the inside. A lower weather strip is installed at a lower corner of the door frame and is connected to the drainage way in order to induce the water to be drained outside the vehicle.
