PURPOSE: A touch panel display device with an LED(Light Emitting Diode) matrix is provided to maintain transparency without a PCB(Printed Circuit Board) substrate. CONSTITUTION: A touch panel display device with an LED matrix includes a plurality of lead frames(11), LED chips(13), and wires(14). The lead frames form a plurality of bonding dies and places the same in parallel in a vertical direction or a horizontal direction. The LED chips are bonded to the bonding dies to be electrically connected with the lead frames. The wires are formed in a direction crossing at right angles to the lead frames and bonded between adjacent LED chips in order to electrically connect the LED chips. |
