The invention provides an opening-closing device of a manuscript pressing plate, so that when the manuscript pressing plate is opened, a resilient means formed by compressed helical springs in a torque control device, the spring device and a slider, or spring device and a cam slider are entirely or partially covered, thereby making the appearance neat. The opening-closing device of a manuscript pressing plate comprises an assembling assembly, a supporting assembly and the torque control device, wherein the assembling assembly is arranged on a device body of an office machine, the supporting assembly directly or indirectly supports the manuscript pressing plate and has two side plates rotatably arranged in the assembling assembly via a rotating shaft, and the torque control device is arranged between a mobile end of the supporting assembly and a pressurized assembly at one side of the assembling assembly to rotate and drag the supporting assembly toward the opening direction of the manuscript pressing plate, and has a resilient means arranged in the supporting assembly. The supporting assembly is provided with a housing part which at least covers the resilient means of the torque control device. |
