PURPOSE: A calcium oxide exhaust device of firing furnace is provided to separate quicklime lump into small grains and uniformly discharge the quicklime around the circular perimeter of a table. CONSTITUTION: A calcium oxide exhaust device(100) of firing furnace comprises a driving motor(130), a rotating part(140), a connecting part(160) and scraper parts(170). The driving motor is installed at the inlet side of a hopper(120). The rotating part is installed around an exit circumference of a kiln(110) and is rotated by the driving part. One end of the connecting part is installed at the lower part of the rotating unit. The other part of the connecting part is extended to a table(150) in which the other end of the connection part is fixed in the hopper. The scraper part is installed at the other end of the connection part and is rotated with the rotating unit. The quicklime(A) is sintered in the kiln and comes down to the upper side of the table in the hopper. The quicklime is uniformly discharged to the external circumference and drops down to an outlet side of the hopper. |
