PURPOSE: A component indentation assembling device is provided to improve assemblity and quality through proceeding the indentation process for components and measuring the separation force after the indentation process at the same time. CONSTITUTION: A component indentation assembling device comprises a frame(103), a mounting jig(105), an indenting jig(106), a measuring unit(107), an indentation plate(112), and indenting member(110). The frame comprises a vertical plate(101) and horizontal plate(102). The mounting jig is installed for mounting components(104) in the horizontal plate. The indenting jig assembles components by indentation. The measuring unit measures the indentation force and separation force while assembling components. The indenting member indents components through being moved to the mounting jig side and the separation force is indicated by the indenting member. The assembling and inspection are proceeded at the same time. |
