PURPOSE: A voice recording feedback system and method are provided to minimize influence of noise by inputting a word and a sentence without intervals. CONSTITUTION: A voice variable extraction unit(220) extracts a reference voice variable for inputted voice. When the extracted reference voice variable exceeds a first threshold value, the inputted voice is stored in a buffer(260) under the control of a voice storage control unit(230). When the extracted reference voice variable is less than the first threshold value, an indication signal for re-input of the voice is outputted. A voice recording feedback processing unit(240) determines whether or not the number of predetermined voice is stored in the buffer.
