摘要 A method for obtaining active laser material based on SiOmatrix includes preparing a solution at room temperature using components – tetramethyloxysilane, methanol, formamide, and water, mixing, adding a colorant with following mixing, of the prepared solution to sealed containers, heating and drying thereof. The solution is prepared with the following of components – tetra methyloxysilane: methanol: : water: formamide =1:3.30 (0.03-0.045) (10.25-10.5): 2.5. Formamide is added after water adding, and prior to the colorant adding 0.010-0.014 mole of pyridine per 1 mole of tetra methyloxysilane is added. As a colorant methanol solution of 4H-dicyano methylene -2-methyl-6-(4-(dimethylaminostyrene)- 4H-pyridine (DCM) having concentration (0.80-1.2) 103 mole/l is used.
