METHOD FOR CHOOSING METHOD FOR TREATMENT OF ACUTE VENOUS THROMBOSES

A method for choosing method for treatment of acute venous thromboses includes determination of fibrinolytic state both in systemic and in regional blood flow through puncture sampling and investigation of blood from general femoral vein of affected extremity and from the vein of the upper extremity. Additionally one investigates activity of antithrombin-III in regional blood flow through investigation of blood from general femoral vein of affected extremity with calculation of the ratio of activity of AT-III between systemic and regional blood flow.
