PURPOSE: A solid propellant composition using dual curing system is provided to ensure mechanical property with high energy. CONSTITUTION: A propellant composition contains a prepolymer, a curing agent, and an oxidant. The prepolymer has a hydroxyl group at the end of a chain and has an azide group as a branch chain. The curing agent includes a triazole curing agent and a urethane curing agent. The propellant composition further contains a stabilizing agent, metal fuel, and a plasticizer. The propellant composition contains 10-40 wt% of the prepolymer, 0.1-10 wt% of the curing agent, 20-80 wt% of the oxidant, 0.01-1 wt% of the stabilizing agent, 0-50 wt% of metal fuel, and 0-20 wt% of the plasticizer. |
