PURPOSE: An OMR(Optical Mark Reader) card including an image code, a data processing system using the same, and a method thereof are provided to supply different question sets according to a responder and process response data of the responder without the need to write an identification code related to a question type. CONSTITUTION: A response marking unit(3) selectively writes a response to a question of a question set. An OMR card(11) includes an image code(15) subordinately generated according to a responder. The image code is subordinately generated for the responder and the question set. An image recognizing unit recognizes a response written in the response marking unit and a responder identification code included in the image code.
