PURPOSE: A method for the dephosrization of pig iron containing chromium and a method for manufacturing molten steel containing the chromium using the same are provided to reduce the use of chromium ore and sub materials by performing desiliconization and decarburization treatments using decarburization slag. CONSTITUTION: A method for the dephosrization of pig iron containing chromium comprises following steps. The flux mixed with dephosphorization accelerants and dephosphorizing agents, and solid air is putted into a reacting container. The solid air mixed with the flux is one of the FeO, Fe_2O_3, MnO, Cr_2O_3, NiO, and Na_2CO_3 or the mixture thereof. The dephosphorization material mixed in the flux is CaO. The dephosphorization catalyst is CaF-2 or Na_2CO_3. The flux is the mixture, in which the solid air, the dephosphorization material, and dephosphorization catalyst are mixed after being crushed into the grains; 10mm. The flux is the mixture, in which the solid air, the dephosphorization material, and dephosphorization catalyst are mixed and molten. |
