PURPOSE: A toilet screen mounting upper decorative molding having a power saving type LED is provided to raise the entire height of a toilet screen product and to innovatively change the size, structure and design of the toilet screen product. CONSTITUTION: A toilet screen mounting upper decorative molding having a power saving type LED includes both piece plates(110,140), a toilet door, multiple decorative holders(10) and decorative molding(210). The upper end of the both piece plates, the upper end of the toilet door and the upper end of a medium plate have the same height. The decorative holder having a latching projection at an upper part and an insertion groove at a lower part on both sides of a decorative molding main body is attached to the upper end of both piece plates, the upper end of the toilet door and the upper end of the medium plate. The decorative molding having the insertion groove at the lower part of the decorative molding main body is attached to the upper end of the decorative holder. A space is formed between the upper end of the both piece plates, the upper end of the toilet door and the upper end of the medium plate, and the lower end of the decorative molding.
