A method for forming a cooling water passage of a fuel cell stack is provided to form the cooling water passage simply, rapidly and conveniently, thereby reducing the production time and costs. A fuel cell stack is manufactured by laminating a plurality of unit cells(11) which comprises a cathode(13) and an anode(14) arranged on both sides of an electrolytic membrane(12), and separators(15,16) having an air passage(15P) and a hydrogen passage(16P) formed on the outside of the cathode(13) and anode(14), respectively, and forming a cooling water passage(17) between the separators. A method for forming the cooling water passage of the fuel cell stack comprises forming respective facing surfaces of the separators into a plane to maintain a regular interval(t) between the separators and adhering by insertion of a passage member(20) into the interval(t) to form a passage(21). |
