COAGULANT MIXING METHOD BY USING WEIR MIXING DEVICE AND BAFFLE

PURPOSE: A mixing method of coagulant using Weir styled scrambler and baffle is provided to efficiently remove material such as nitrogen by maximizing coagulant admixture efficiency, reduce maintenance cost and is easy to manage by comprising through structural configuration. CONSTITUTION: A coagulant mixing method for removing nitrogen etc by installing in the settling pond of sewage disposal plant comprises the following steps: a step of distributing and supplying coagulant from drug dispersion group(102) through coagulant dispensing tube to several nozzles; a step of supplying pressurized water to one side of each nozzle through pressurized water feeding line; a step of spraying coagulant and pressurized water on top of Weir style scrambler(201) installed zigzag at one side of supporting wall which is installed at settling pond waterway; a step of admixture agglomerating by Weir style scrambler; and a step of passing several baffles(202,203) installed in the settling pond waterway.
