PURPOSE: A paper cup composed of a concavo-convex line capable of providing a stable sense and preventing distortion of a paper cup when holding the paper cup is provided to have the concave-convex line having a high stiffness enough to maintain the concavo-convex line even in the moist environment over time. CONSTITUTION: A paper cup composed of a concavo-convex line is manufactured by the following steps of: forming the concavo-convex line formed with a concave groove(2) and a convex protrusion(3) in a paper cup mold, fixing the mold on a mold fixing plate(4), forming a push mold formed with an opposite concavo-convex line on the concavo-convex line formed on the paper cup mold, installing a electric heater inside the mold, installing a motor supplying a rotary power to the push mold below the push mold, connecting a motor shaft with the push mold, and fixing the push mold on a holder. |
