A device for grinding materials comprises a housing with counter-rotating rotor rings therein made in the form of drive pulleys, with ribs and chambers for grinding inside them. It comprises a perforated bottom axially mounted below the chambers with supports, an exciter of axial vibrations and a rod with ribs made in the form of a screw on a lateral surface with different winding for the height of a cavity of rotor rings. A rod of perforated bottom is made hollow and is provided on the side between screw winding of a rib with calibrated holes and the perforated bottom is equipped with a hole and a hollow pipe mounted coaxially to the rod below the bottom and connected to the rod cavity by the hole.
