The invention relates to air conditioning and can be used in premises for different purposes for heating, cooling, moistening, drying and purification of air with removal of pollutions. The device has a body with inlet branch pipe for air supply to pallet with water and outlet branch pipe. The pallet with controller of water level and hatch for removal of slime is placed in the lower section of the body. The inlet branch pipe has heater and bypass air duct with control valve. Thermo-electric modules with cold and hot junctions are used as heat exchangers. The body has channel for circulation of liquid, there one junctions of thermo-electric modules are placed. The other junctions are installed in parallel to air-water flow in the pallet, over those in reactive chamber wave-like junctions of the other thermo-electric module are placed with possibility of humid air drops trapping. The invention promotes more intensive heat exchange and increase of the range of control of temperature and moisture content parameters of outflow air. |
