The method relates to water toxicology, in particular to evaluation of toxicity of bound to suspended substances or absorbed on those substances with toxic effect through application of water organisms and consists in that used is a box with controlled temperature mode in which micro-chambers are placed with system of capillary supply of compressed air, to those introduced are suspended substances (separated from water by means of membrane filters) mixed with inert substratum and reconstructed water, with following placement of test organisms of infauna (larvae of Chironomus riparius) with control of growth of those, viability and morphological deformations, due to that evaluation of toxicity of suspended substances and toxicity of medium in whole is carried out. |
