发明名称 DIGITAL DEVICE FOR MEASUREMENT OF SURFACE CONCENTRATION OF CHLOROPHYLL IN PLANT LEAVES
摘要 A digital device for measurement of surface concentration of chlorophyll in plant leaves relates to optics, in particular to measuring engineering, and can be used at development of high-accuracy measuring devices for measurement of surface concentration of chlorophyll in leaves of plants of different kinds. The measuring device includes a source of optical radiation, micro-lens, digital measuring indicator, communication interface to the output of which antenna is connected, pin board, common bus, two identical optical-electronic measuring channels that include connected in sequence to each other micro-objective, optical filter, immersion photo-receiver and controlled amplifier. There additionally are included a component beam-splitter prism with three facets, the first, second and third digital-analog converters, code-controlled executive mechanism, third measuring channel that is identical to the first two, component holder of plant leaf that includes a base and a rectangular optically opaque prism and the first and second optically transparent prism-covers that fix standard plant leaf and the test one placed on the base, respectively, and signal processor. To digital inputs/outputs of the D port of the signal processor through common bus digital inputs/outputs of pin board and code-controlled executive mechanism are connected, and similar digital inputs of the first, second and third digital-analog converters which analog outputs are connected to each other, outputs of those are connected to respective inputs of control of amplification coefficient of controlled amplifiers of each of three measuring channels outputs of which are connected through analog inputs of the A port of built-in channel switch, to input of analog-digital converter built-in to signal processor. Optical inputs of the measuring channels through respective facets of beam-splitter prism and micro-lens are optically connected to the surface of the sample of plant leaf that is optically connected through the second facet of the second optically transparent cover prism of the holder to the source of optical radiation, control input of that one is connected to the output of the high-order bit of the C port of signal processor, digital input-outputs of the B port of which are connected to the digital input-outputs of the digital measuring indicator, and the digital input-outputs of the port “C” are connected to the digital inputs/outputs of communication interface. Technical result is in increase of accuracy of determination of surface concentration of chlorophyll in plant leaves and operation speed due to automatic exclusion of systematic errors of measurement, and at repetitive measurements decrease of the random component of error as well.
