CONSTITUTION: An application execution record DB(DataBase)(120) records the execution of an application module(110) and execution time. An application monitoring module(130) stores the execution of application in a record DB and outputs the execution time by monitoring the execution time of the application module. The portable device is a PMP(Portable Multimedia Player), an electronic dictionary, or a game machine, and the application execution record DB is constructed in a nonvolatile memory.
