FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: set of inventions relates to clampers. Clamper comprises clamping ring with band that features, in fact, two cylindrical surfaces to tighten said band around article to be clamped. Location part with fastening plate facing band first surface and retained relative thereto, and location section to locate the device relative to said article. With ring untightened, fastening plate is secured to band first surface to allow band and plate to displace relative to each other.
