FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely - to dentistry, and can be applied in increasing of bone and soft tissue volume in case of vertical atrophy of alveolar process in order to prepare patient for carrying out dental implantation. Intraosseous distraction device contains cartridge-shaped hollow implant, made with central opening, upper smooth part and lower part with external thread, and basal screw, located inside claimed implant, and also having upper smooth part and lower threaded part. Upper smooth part of implant, its internal surface and upper part of basal screw are made polyhedral with possibility of mutual catching of internal surface of implant and upper part of basal screw. Device is additionally provided with compression screw, for which in upper part of basal screw threaded channel is made, and distraction screw, for which in central opening of implant thread is made.EFFECT: creation of device, which ensures compressive function for the time of distraction reagent formation, less traumatic and more comfortable in exploitation for patient.2 cl, 10 dwg |
