FIELD: process engineering.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to producing reverse (oleophilic) emulsions and may be used in power engineering, at transport and in construction, and production of emulsion food products from vegetable fats. Prior to mixing with medium, water is acoustically and chemically treated in cavitation reactor at sound pressure amplitude making at least that of cavitation sine periodic mode.
