FIELD: oil and gas industry.SUBSTANCE: device includes a flow metre made in the form of a differential pressure transducer that is installed on a pressure pipeline of a pump unit, and extremal control (6) that receives the information on the power of the pump unit drive and sets an optimum operating mode of the unit. Venturi tube (3) with an absolute pressure transducer installed in it and with a flow counter is arranged between pump (2) and product pipeline (4). Besides, the device includes multiplier unit (5) to multiply the signals supplied from pressure transducers and to transmit an electric signal proportional to full power of the unit to extremal control (6). Control (6) has the possibility of acting on motor (1) of the pump unit by changing the rotation speed of the latter.EFFECT: maintaining an extreme value of full power during the control process.2 dwg
