FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, in particular to orthopedics and traumatology and can be applied for correction of recurvation deformation of knee joint. Angulation osteotomy is carried out, with dissection of tibia starting from side surfaces below the place of own ligament of patella fastening and finishing above tibia tuberosity, with formation of proximal and distal fragments. Distal fragment is shifted forward with formation of split. Obtained position is fixed.
