FIELD: medicine.SUBSTANCE: invention relates to field of medicine, namely to traumatology and orthopedics and can be used in treatment of gonarthrosis. Osteotomy of tibia and fibula and dosed displacement of exposed fragments is performed before reconstruction of biomechanical axis of extremity by means of apparatus of external fixation. Simultaneously underlying to the place of patella ligament section of tibial bone tuberosity is exposed and distal end of formed fragment is in dosed manner declined forward until pain syndrome in area of femoro-patellar joint during flexor-extensor, active-passive movements in knee joint are eliminated.EFFECT: method ensures increase of functional and cosmetic results due to preservation of axis of tibial bone load and configuration of proximal part of shin.1 ex, 5 dwg
