PURPOSE: A washer and a lighting device to which power is supplied by the waster are provided to improve efficiency by skipping an extra assembly process for supplying power to the lighting device. CONSTITUTION: A washer hollow hole(51) of a washer(50) is holed in a circular shape. First and second power supply units(52,53) of the washer input external power in a plate type. A second insulating material(54) of the washer is inserted into the first and second power supply units for electrical insulation. Power terminals(521,531) are protruding to a side of the first and second power supply units.
