A method for current detection of a PWM(Pulse Width Modulation) control circuit at collision is provided to perform new product economically without additional a component assembling process and equipment by replacing only a logic with using a conventional circuit for high side control. A method fro current detection of a PWM control circuit at collision includes the steps of: calculating an input duty by an ECU(Electric Control Unit)(S1); determining whether the input duty is in an operation domain by the ECU(S2); supplying an output duty to the PWM control circuit of a fan controller by the ECU when the ECU determines that the input duty is in the operation domain(S3); calculating a current for the output duty by a driving circuit in the PWM control circuit(S4); supplying the calculated the current to a motor by the driving circuit(S5); determining whether a overcurrent flows to the motor by a current sensing circuit in the PWM control circuit(S6); determining whether current does not flow to the current sensing circuit by the ECU when the current sensing circuit senses that the overcurrent does not flow to the motor(S7); stopping the supplying of the output duty to the PWM control circuit by the ECU when the ECU senses that the current does not flow to the current sensing circuit(S8); and stopping the motor(S9). |
