A leaf suspension system is provided to control the total spring coefficients by changing the spring coefficient of a help spring through a load or an external force applied thereto during the traveling of a vehicle. A leaf suspension system comprises a leaf spring assembly, a help spring(310) and a help spring coefficient control device. The leaf spring assembly includes a left spring(110) which is installed lengthwise of a frame(130). A shackle(150) secures one end of the leaf spring with the frame. A mounting bracket(170) secures the other end of the leaf spring with the frame. The help spring extends from a lower part of the leaf spring. The help spring coefficient control device includes a link(330) which is in contact with an upper surface of the help spring. A driving unit(350) rotates the link, and a controller(370) controls the driving unit. |
