PURPOSE: An emergency release control device for a vehicle door is provided to prevent safety accidents due to abnormal opening of a vehicle door by stopping an emergency release operation for manual opening of a door in a state which is not suitable for opening a door during an emergency. CONSTITUTION: An emergency release control device for a vehicle door comprises a main body, an actuating wheel, a release actuator, and a motor actuator. The main body is fixed on the surface of a wall of a vehicle and includes a concave accommodating space in the surface towards the inside of the vehicle. The actuating wheel is rotatably connected to the inside of the main body. The release actuator is connected to the actuating wheel and includes a protruded gripping unit on the external surface. The motor actuator rotates in a forward or a reverse direction within a regular angle according to the power supply and locks or releases the release actuator with a stopper according to the rotational positions.
