PURPOSE: A puncture prevention device for a bicycle is provided to prevent damages by foreign substance without decreasing the driving performance by not dropping the elasticity and by not increasing the weight of the tire. CONSTITUTION: A puncture prevention device comprises an elastic protector(11) and a perforation prevention band. The elastic protector is located in between an inner periphery of the tire and an outer periphery of a tube and is comprised of a material which is lightweight and includes excellent elasticity. The perforation prevention band is installed in between the elastic protector and a tube and is adhered to one side of the elastic protector.
