The device has a cable pulling robot and a robotic attachment for assembly and disassembly of a cable net, where the cable pulling robot and the robotic attachment are formed from meshes that can change shape and/or dimensions. The robotic attachment allows installation of primary cables and maintenance of operating condition of the primary cables, where the cable pulling robot and the robotic attachment allow repeated or modified assembly of the cable net based on the projection of the net to be realized.
