PURPOSE: A sandwich type kit for detecting a target DNA, containing a thrombin marker is provided to simply and accurately detect a target DNA. CONSTITUTION: A sandwich type kit for detecting a target DNA contains a DNA sensor, a reporter molecule, thrombin, and a solution. The DNA sensor comprises a solid substrate and a probe molecule which is conjugated on the solid substrate and specifically binds to the target DNA. Thrombin specifically binds to the reporter molecule and has an enzyme activity. The solution contains fibrinogen.
