PURPOSE: A broadcasting method in a system, which provides direct communication between the devices and a device thereof are provided to notify broadcasting states by searching adjacent devices. CONSTITUTION: A transmitter(420) and a receiver(410) transmit signals to one or more adjacent devices and receive the signals from the one or more adjacent devices. A control unit(400) determines whether broadcasting data is existed. The control unit exchanges direct broadcasting information with the adjacent devices through an adjacent device searching section. The control unit divides a data transmission section into a broadcasting section and a unicast section. The control unit controls a function for receiving a signal broadcasted to the broadcasting section.
