PURPOSE: An advertisement providing system for providing an online advertisement by utilizing business information and a method thereof are provided to limit keywords purchasable for an advertiser or keywords which are recommended to the advertiser. CONSTITUTION: An information providing unit(210) provides at least one type of information inputted from an advertiser and information included on the web site of the advertiser. A keyword extraction unit(220) extracts one or more keywords from the information. A storage unit(230) stores keywords including at least one of the extracted keywords among keywords which the advertiser wants to purchase in a database with the advertisement of the advertiser.
