PURPOSE: A device for confirming a level of a solvent is provided to automatically inform an operator when the solvent is less than a predetermined amount by confirming the level of the solvent and to maintain the constant amount of the solvent by inducing to supplement the solvent. CONSTITUTION: A device(100) for confirming a level of a solvent(10) comprises a receiving unit(110), a light source unit(120), a photo detector(130), and a processor(140). The receiving unit receives the solvent. The light source unit is arranged in one upper side of the receiving unit, thereby irradiating incident lights to a receiving unit side. The photo detector is arranged in the other upper side of the receiving unit and detects the lights reflected by the solvent, thereby converting the reflected lights into electrical signals. The processor detects the height of the solvent received in the receiving unit based on the intensity of the electrical signals. The solvent is flux for soldering a flip chip on a substrate.
