PULSED PLASMA REACTOR WITH COOLING HEAT EXCHANGER

摘要

PURPOSE: A pulse plasma reactor is provided to increase processing efficiency of nitrogen dioxide by offering an environment for nitrogen dioxide included in toxic gas to react with ammonia. CONSTITUTION: A pulse plasma reactor consists of a pulse corona discharge unit(10) generating a large amount of radical such as O, OH and HO2 by generating pulse corona discharge, a hydroplaning unit forming a hydroplane on a precipitator of the pulse corona discharge unit, a cleansing solution tank(30) storing cleansing solution used for the hydroplaning unit, a cleansing solution circulation unit(40) supplying cleansing solution in the cleansing solution tank to the hydroplaning unit, a gas supply unit(60) supplying additional gas for processing toxic gas and a heat exchanger(70) to decrease temperature of toxic gas to well react with the additional gas.
