PURPOSE: A vehicle driving device, a vehicle charging system, and a vehicle are provided to reduce the power consumption of the vehicle driving device as much as the driving power of a control part by charging a battery with a direction signal from outside when the control part is stopped. CONSTITUTION: A motor driving part(102) drives a driving motor(101) for driving a vehicle. A first battery management part(104) manages the amount of the stored electricity of a first battery(103) which supplies driving power to the motor driving part. The first battery management part communicates with outside in order to charge or discharge the first battery from outside. A first control part(105) controls the motor driving part in order to control the driving of the driving motor. A second battery management part manages the amount of the stored electricity of a second battery which stores power supplied from the outside of a vehicle charging system.
