The device has a reinforcement implant (1) that is made of a woven material, knitter material or bio-compatible material. The implant has a curvilinear configuration with a widened base (1a). The base is prolonged upward by a band (1b) including arms (1b1, 1b2) that are approximately spaced from each other. An opposite part of the implant is fixed at an anchoring zone in patient's body. The arms are separated from each other by a slot (1c) of great length, and a set of ends of the arms is interdependent to each other.
