PURPOSE: A snow-melting road paving structure and a snow-melting road paving method are provided to stably fix a heat radiation pipe in a base pavement layer and effectively radiate the heat of the heat radiation pipe even to a part separated from the heat radiation pipe. CONSTITUTION: A snow-melting road paving structure comprises a heat radiation pipe(100) which is installed on the base pavement layer of a road, a reinforcing pavement layer(200) which is made of a concrete material including a plurality of metal pieces or metal fiber(210) on the top of the base pavement layer(BL) to cover the heat radiation pipe, and a cover layer(300) which is formed on the top of the reinforcing pavement layer in order to cover the protruding metal pieces or fiber and exhaust the heat of anti-freezing solution circulated in the heat radiation pipe. |
